The Higher Self

The Higher Self is our connection with the Divine. It is a part of us that is very joyful, and exists eternally beyond any suffering. It is beyond birth or death- the source, from which our individual expression comes. Our Higher Self is our very essence. By being aligned with it, we are aligned with our life’s purpose- we receive energy, health, abundance - the fulfillment of our needs on every level. The Higher Self is a very real, very delightful fun part of us that everyone has. Sickness and suffering often happens due to disconnection to one’s Higher Self.
